- Bank statement showing the required maintenance held for 28 consecutive days, with your sponsor's solvency certificate, income and tax papers

Part-Time While Studying
20 hours a week during term time at degree level, and full-time during holidays. Below-degree courses are limited to 10 hours a week.
Placement & Internship Years
Many UK degrees include a paid placement year with a real employer — you work full-time during it, and it is the strongest thing you can put on a UK CV.
Graduate Route

UK FAQ
Often yes. For degree-level courses most UK universities are allowed to assess your English themselves, and many accept a Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter from your Bangladeshi college or university. For below-degree courses, and at some universities regardless, a UKVI-approved IELTS (IELTS for UKVI) is required. We check the rule for each university before you apply, so you never pay for a test you do not need.
Your tuition for the first year (minus any deposit already paid) plus living costs: GBP 1,529 a month for London or GBP 1,171 a month elsewhere, for up to 9 months — so GBP 13,761 or GBP 10,539. The money must sit in the account for 28 consecutive days, and your closing balance date must be within 31 days of applying.
Usually no, and we will not pretend otherwise. Since January 2024 only government-sponsored students on courses of 6 months or more, and full-time postgraduate RESEARCH students (PhD, 9 months or more), can bring dependants. A taught one-year master's does not qualify. If bringing your family matters most to you, tell us at counseling — other destinations may suit you better.
The Graduate Route gives 2 years to bachelor's and master's graduates and 3 years to PhD graduates, with no job offer or sponsor needed. One date matters: applications made on or after 1 January 2027 get 18 months instead of 2 years. If you can start your course sooner, you keep the longer permission.
Budget the first year as your university's own tuition figure plus the visa fee of GBP 558, the health surcharge of GBP 776 per year of the course, airfare, and your living costs. A one-year master's outside London is usually the most economical route to a UK degree.

20 hours a week during term time on a degree course, and full-time during official holidays. Below-degree courses are limited to 10 hours a week. Part-time work realistically covers a good part of your living costs, but never your tuition — plan your budget without counting on it.
The Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies is the electronic reference your university issues after you accept the offer and pay the deposit. You cannot apply for the visa without it, and it carries the course, fee and deposit details the Home Office checks. Getting a CAS from a genuinely licensed sponsor is the part of the process we protect most carefully.
The Home Office sets and publishes the processing time, and priority services are available at extra cost. Biometrics are done at the UK visa application center in Dhaka, Chattogram or Sylhet, and those centers get crowded in the run-up to the September intake — early is always better.
You may be called for a short credibility interview, by video or in person. It is not a trick: they want to hear that you know your course, your university, your costs and your plans after graduation. We rehearse it with you before you apply.
It depends on what you want. The UK gives you a globally recognized degree in English, and a master's in one year. Japan and Korea are cheaper, pay for more of your costs through part-time work, and give longer job-search permission. We are happy to lay all four options side by side at your free counseling session — the honest answer is different for different students.
